We all have the desire to get fit and feel great but we are not all sure how to go about it.  Balance Worcester offers safe, low impact exercises and stretches for your body and mind.  Pilates focuses on building core strength, increasing mobility and flexibility.

The methods we use at Balance are the traditional Joseph Pilates principles; Breath, Concentration, Centering, Control, Precision and Flow. 

  

Everyone is at a different stage in their exercise journey so finding out what’s important to you and a class that feels right is the key to success. Balance Pilates class offers exercises for beginner to intermediate / advanced so there will always be an option for you.  This allows me to help you achieve your goals.  Any other questions please do not hesitate to ask.

I really believe in the importance of Pilates not only for building core strength, flexibility and mobility but also the importance of moving your body and allowing yourself some 'me time'.  I describe Pilates as a full body workout with a massage; after you finish class I guarantee you will walk a little taller and feel a little lighter.  If you are still unsure then take advantage of a free trial session to see if this class is for you.
